Mom's original margarita recipe

For a long time, Mom's favorite margarita recipe has been the same:

• 3 parts tequila
• 3 parts triple sec
• 2 parts lime juice

Shake with ice. Serve in a salt-rimmed glass.

Mom is partial to Sauza Hornitos tequila, and fresh squeezed limes. 

And be warned: these things have a serious kick! 

Beer Margaritas

Ingredients:

1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate 12 fluid ounces white tequila 12 fluid ounces water

12 fluid ounces golden Mexican beer ice 1 lime, cut into wedges

Directions:

1.	Pour limeade, tequila, water, and beer into a large pitcher. Stir until well-blended, and limeade has melted. Add plenty of ice, and garnish with lime wedges. Adjust with additional water, if needed.
